These Terms of Service govern your use of pestone.store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product images are illustrative; packaging and finish may vary. Results described on the Site reflect typical customer feedback and are not a guarantee of individual results.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout. If your payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.

6. Correct use of the product

PESTONE™ is a consumer ultrasonic pest-repelling device for indoor household use. It is not a pesticide and is not a substitute for professional pest control in cases of severe infestation. Use it only as described in the instructions supplied. We recommend against use in homes with rodent pets (hamsters, gerbils, rabbits) or birds.

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not medical, veterinary or professional pest-control advice, and should not be relied on as such.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, the PESTONE™ name and page design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
